Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Policy for the USA:  Peter Olubi products to customers in the USA. The shipping time could be from 7-15 days, depending on the shipping. The shipping may take two extra days if any delay occurs.  Peter Olubi provides free shipping methods. 

Returns Policy for USA:  Peter Olubi accepts returns for defective or damaged products within 4 days of delivery. If the customer receives a defective or damaged product, they should contact Peter Olubi’s email: bojuri99@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery to initiate the return process. The customer will need to provide photos or videos to prove the defect or damage.  Peter Olubi will then provide a return address for the customer to send the product back. Once the product is received and inspected,   Peter Olubi will either send a replacement or issue a refund.

There are several reasons why  Peter Olubi may not accept returns or issue refunds, including:

Non-defective items:  Peter Olubi does not accept returns or refunds for non-defective items. This means that if you simply change your mind or no longer want the product, you will not be able to return it.

Shipping issues: If the product was lost or damaged during shipping,  Peter Olubi may not be responsible for the return or refund. However, they may offer a partial refund or a replacement product.

Time limit:  Peter Olubi has a time limit for returns and refunds. If you do not report the issue within the specified time frame, you may not be eligible for a return or refund.

Improper use: If you have used the product in a way that it was not intended to be used,  Peter Olubi will not accept returns or issue refunds.
